We are an online store based in Lahore. We have no physical store. We do outsourcing of shirts from Lahore best sewing factory by giving them our fabric. We take order from website and forward that order to our outsource factory and they send the shirts directly to the customer address.

We give COD facility up to a certain quantity of orders. If the customer orders 1 or 2 shirts, we will be happy to send the order to the desired address but if the shirts are over 2 like 3, 4 or more, than the customer will have to pay half or full prepayment against their purchase than their order will be processed.

The return or exchanges are only possible if the customer has received a different size than ordered, a different color variant or items in damaged condition. If you still want to exchange for any reason, we will allow you to exchange with the available stock, but the customer must pay the shipping costs for both sides.

Some remote areas in AJK, KPK, Northern Areas, Balochistan which are not covered by our courier service Postex, we do not offer cash on delivery. Customers need to pay full amount in advance with TCS, M&P, LCS delivery charges to process their order.

Customers usually have trust issues with suppliers who offer inferior products or are deceived.
